1. Order Cancellation and Refunds
- If an order is cancelled due to seller inactivity (e.g., the seller is unresponsive or fails to confirm the order within the stipulated time), the buyer will be automatically refunded.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the buyer’s Forkeeps Balance, which can be used for future purchases on the platform or withdrawn.
2. Refund Process for Sellers
As a seller, if a buyer requests a refund:
- Coordinate with the Buyer:
- Use the Forkeeps chat feature to communicate with the buyer.
- Arrange to prepare the item for pickup if the refund request is valid and the item needs to be returned.
- Contact Forkeeps Support:
- Once the item is ready for pickup, send a refund request to Forkeeps support via the app.
- Forkeeps will arrange for the item pickup, debit the seller’s balance, and credit the buyer’s Forkeeps Balance with the sale amount.
3. Refund Process for Buyers
As a buyer, if you want to request a refund:

- Refund eligibility depends on the order status and the condition of the item upon return.

- Refunds are processed in compliance with Forkeeps’ policies to ensure fairness to both buyers and sellers.
