Having issues linking your bank account? Try these steps:
- Try turning WiFi off, then linking your bank account only using mobile data
- Check your bank account number is correct inputted and verify that the name on the account is yours.
- Make sure that your BVN has the same first-name & last-name combination as the first-name and last-name on your ForKeeps account.
Note: This is only used for verification purpose, we don't save your BVN and your can edit your first name and last name afterwards in settings. - Clear the cache and cookies on your device before attempting to link your bank account again
