1. How does this work?

Simple! Request a Fleep bag (minimum of 15 clean, neatly used items), we’ll pick them up for free, snap photos, list them under your Forkeeps closet, and you get paid when they sell. Easy peasy.

2. Where is the free pickup happening?

Currently, we offer free pickup in Lekki and VI (Lagos only). Outside these areas? Hang tight — we’re expanding soon. Sign up for updates to stay informed!

3. Is the pickup really free? Like… really?

Yes, really. No hidden fees. No surprise charges. Just neatly packed clothes and good vibes.

4. What kind of clothes can I give?

We accept:

• Gently used clothes

• Items you bought but never wore

• Laundered, clean, presentable pieces

We don’t accept anything torn, stained, faded, or needing repairs.
Ask yourself: “Would I happily buy this if I saw it online?” If yes, send it in!

5. How many clothes do I need to give?

At least 15 items. The more you send, the more you cash out!

6. Do I have to create a ForKeeps account?

Yes, please. It’s quick and free.
We need it to upload your items and track your earnings. Create yours here.

7. How do I get paid?

Once your item sells, we process payment directly to your Forkeeps wallet.

8. How much can I make?

It depends on what you send and how you price! Here’s a guide:

• Tops (unbranded): ₦3,500–₦5,000

• Simple dresses (unbranded): ₦5,000–₦20,000

• Branded pieces: Price with a generous discount (buyers love bargains!)

Some users have made up to ₦100,000 just by clearing out their closets!

9. How do you decide the selling price?

You’ve got options:

• Pre-sort items into price ranges (e.g. tops ₦3,500, dresses ₦5,000–₦10,000)

• Or let us suggest prices based on item quality and buyer trends

Once listed, you can always adjust prices in your Forkeeps account.

10. What’s the catch?

No catch!
We charge a 20% service fee after your item sells — only for this May 2025 campaign. Future campaigns may have higher commissions.

11. What happens if my clothes don’t sell?

You decide:

• Have them returned to you after 6 months

• Or donate them to our charity partner

12. Can I change my mind after pickup?

Once picked up and listed, items stay live for up to 6 months.
If you change your mind earlier, you can request a return — just contact us directly.

13. When will my items be listed?

Your items go live within 7–10 days of pickup — complete with pro photos and catchy descriptions to help them sell faster.

14. Can I track my items?

Absolutely. Log into your Forkeeps account to see your listings, prices, and sales activity anytime.

15. What if I want to offer discounts to buyers?

You’re in control! If a buyer sends a negotiation message, you can offer a discount directly through the Forkeeps app.

16. Is this campaign forever?

Nope. The free pickup offer is only valid in May 2025. Don’t miss out — grab your slot now!

17. How do I request a Fleep Bag?

Once signed in on the Forkeeps app, tap the “Request a Fleep Bag” picture on the homepage. That’s it!

18. What happens after I request a Fleep Bag?

We’ll confirm your pickup date and time via email and in the app.
Get your clothes ready — it’s cash-out time!
