Mobile

Start off by following these steps:

  1. Go to your profile and tap the ? Receipt button.
  2. Tap the transaction you are reviewing 
  3. Review the Sale receipt - there will be a heading stating 'Payment received
  4. If you cannot see the transaction under Sold Items, reach out to ForKeeps Support.

Web

Start off by following these steps:

  1. Go to your profile > My Sales.
  2. Tap the transaction you are reviewing 
  3. Review the Sale receipt - there will be a heading stating 'Payment received
  4. If you cannot see the transaction under Sold Items, reach out to ForKeeps Support.


ForKeeps Payments

If your buyer used ForKeeps Payments to checkout, this payment should be visible in your Wallet Balance.

  1. Profile > Wallet 
  2. Your total balance from any recent sales through ForKeeps Payments will be visible in your Wallet Balance 
  3. You can go ahead and request a withdrawal from your available balance.


Your payment hasn't cleared yet 

This probably means that your buyer is yet to received the items purchased. Payments go into a holding balance until the buyer confirms receiving the items or after 24 hours from delivery. This is a standard procedure to ensure a smooth transaction process.
